How it works
Four pieces, one pipeline.
- Step 1Connect your shop
Sellers connect Etsy through our browser extension or OAuth. Manufacturers create a catalog and onboard with Stripe Connect. Setup takes about ten minutes.
- Step 2Orders sync in
When a customer buys on your marketplace, the order appears in OrdoMark within minutes. We resolve the chain, calculate the fees, and charge the seller’s saved payment method.
- Step 3Manufacturer ships
The manufacturer fulfills from their facility and enters tracking. We push that tracking back to Etsy or Shopify so the buyer gets notified the same way they would on any other order.
- Step 4Everyone gets paid
On shipment confirmation, OrdoMark transfers the wholesale amount plus shipping to the manufacturer through Stripe. Sellers see the full fee breakdown on every order.

Frequently asked
- Do I need an Etsy API key or developer account?
- No. Our browser extension reads orders from your own Etsy seller dashboard while you’re logged in. You don’t apply for anything from Etsy.
- Which marketplaces do you support?
- Etsy is live today. Shopify and Amazon are on the roadmap.
- Who handles shipping?
- The manufacturer ships directly to the end customer. They enter the tracking number, and we push it back to Etsy or Shopify so your buyer gets the standard marketplace notification.
- When do manufacturers get paid?
- On shipment confirmation. As soon as the manufacturer marks the order shipped, OrdoMark initiates a Stripe transfer of the wholesale amount plus shipping (less the platform fee) to their connected Stripe account.
- Is the data secure?
- Payments run on Stripe Connect, so we never see card numbers. The application is hosted on Google Cloud in the us-central1 region (Iowa, USA). Marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
- What happens with refunds?
- Refunds reverse the original transfers pro-rata. A full refund claws back the manufacturer payout (and any reseller payout). Partial refunds adjust each leg proportionally.
